tail advice needed.
@Dennis_DeYoung and others.
I’m trying to recreate the Domingo Secreto from SF’s Bellota for Thanksgiving’s signature cocktail.
I have the ingredients, but no idea on how to put them together, proportion-wise.
Makers 46
Licor 43
Amontillado
Earl grey
It was served in a old-fashioned glass, with one of those large ice cubes and a large orange peel.
Any suggestions?
I’m thinking a 2-1-1- 1/2 ratio as a starting point.

I suggest either beer or castration.

You need a SF gay to stir it with his swizzle stick for authenticity.

That would hurt on a gay SF guy's swizzle stick.sarktastic said:add a dash of each of these

Answer from the bar manager:
Infuse the bourbon w the tea
1.5 ounce infused bourbon
1 ounce sherry
.5 ounce Licor 43
Stir w ice and strain over a large ice cube
Citrus twist. They use lemon, I used orange
Very tast and a big hit.
