As Colbert suspected, Wallace was wrong.
An "immigration-court proceeding" includes far more than just an asylum hearing. I don't know what the exact number of people who have requested asylum and were then released and told to show up for their hearing and then never showed up is, but it's not the 60 to 70% number that Colbert just claimed. So why isn't Hondo OUTRAGED over Colbert's lie?
