It seems like the defense is fine despite being ultra conservative.

Pete needs to blow up the offense and start over from scratch. His team doesn't have the underdog chip like at Boise, he doesn't need to out scheme everyone with 1000 base sets and another few thousands motion variants

Funny that you? pine for the days when you had the offensive consultant guru before He went Home to Fresno, when an overly complicated and cutesy playbook was the general complaint that we? had about Tedford the last few years He was with us

4 years with the same slow-developing QB is inevitably too long and too predictable. Few QBs ever do better in their 3rd and especially their 4th year at the helm of a college offense. All strengths and weaknesses are known and predictable to the public, their team, and all their opponents. Jake does a few things better this year than prior years, but incremental progress isn't enough when surrounded by fast-rising sharks in the league who know your shit a lot better than you know there's. Any element of surprise is long, long gone, and the opposition knows every tendency.
We're lucky Colorado was so shitty and Utah was unprepared, or UW would be 4-5 right now.

We just saw your future without Gaskin in the offense. It’s not pretty.

    Running horizontal is special.

Be glad our RBs don't follow Browning example and run backwards. Well at least not as often.
