I remember the whole "SWAT team" mentality. But I think that only works if you have a bunch of alpha amped up people who need to control their intensity. This team seems like it just has no intensity and then is even tamping that down.

It seems like the defense is fine despite being ultra conservative.
Pete needs to blow up the offense and start over from scratch. His team doesn't have the underdog chip like at Boise, he doesn't need to out scheme everyone with 1000 base sets and another few thousands motion variants -
