Petersen is a football fascist/racist. He's a dictator who demands utmost loyalty from coaches, which is why he will never surround himself with anything better than neophyte "yes" men looking to get experience for their next job, or loyal sycophants (competent and incompetent) with no ambition of their own. Get used to it. The University does not truly care about a winning football program. But, they did authorize a nice Don James statue.

Pete is playing not to lose instead of playing to win.

Browning is a mediocre QB who had been enabled by the staff for 4 years.

Hamdan is not working out as well as hoped.

Pete needs to re-evaluate his stance on the team and coaching philosophy on offense.

This team needs a reset badly. This is an awful loss and there’s no way to spin it. The fact that Browning, a 4 year Sr QB was benched tells you all you need to know.

Yes we are 10 points away from undefeated. Sometimes the ball doesn’t bounce your way, etc. But you make your own luck, and when it’s happened as much as it has this season it’s a pattern.

You aren’t overreacting at all. Been my number one concern and why I’ve talked about lack of emotion so much this year and last. It’s just a stale program he is running where it doesn’t even look like we really have fun.

This is the kind of loss that leads to 0-12 enabling indifference, if not checked. Petersen needs to take a long, hard look in the mirror and try to see someone besides a never good enough try hard white guy looking back.
