Hondo. If Kavanaugh did what this women is claiming it would be at worst a misdemeanor. Both being juveniles there would be very little chance of a prosecution at all. But if he was prosecuted and convicted his records would have been sealed or expunged after becoming an adult. No one would know and the courts would not consider it later in life.
