I'd like to see Saudi Arabia taken out, destroyed. It's the hornet's nest of Islam. Unfortunately we can't turn against them until an alternative for oil is found. That's more important than creating a space force.

Expect exports to increase massively when Keystone XL comes online. Plus, I generally count Canada geopolitically as part of our? industry anyways bc the US and Canadian industries are all but one and the same.

I don't mean replace Saudi oil with American or Canadian oil. I mean making oil completely irrelevant by inventing new technology to replace it. Then Saudi Arabia can be drained like a dirty bog. It's the main facet of their economy and its why they can afford to spread Islam over the globe. Dry it up, go for the kill shot, kill them economically and put them (and the rest of the middle east) back in the stone age where they belong.

Sure we can. We made enough moves to drill for more oil during the Obama years to make ourselves self sufficient. We just may have to cut down on our exports. Of course the oil companies and speculators would claw their pounds of flesh which would lead to a doubling of the prices. But eventually the prices would come back down.
