Nah. We are only in the position due to Pete's talent as a CEO. But he needs to get the offense figured out. Part of the problem is Browning, but Browning was good enough to win us that game. He should never be put in a position to run for a TD against an SEC dline playing in the south

Couldn't agree more. Pete's vanilla offense works if you got USC level talent. We don't. Until we are going man on man with equal talent to the big boys then a little creativity in the offense would go a long way. It's kinda weird. Ever since he's come over from Boise it looks more and more like he's playing not to lose. Nothing creative in the run game and soft technique with NFL corners. Love Pete but the man is playing scared.

You wonder if Pete would ever have the balls to really turn over the offense to a high caliber OC. He might have to if he's ever going to get over the hump in these big games. Either that or recruit WAY better.

I didnt have a big problem with the offense as a whole yesterday, except for the QB draw and speed option calls. The speed option felt like a fire him on the tarmac situation. Absolutely stupid.
