No one is calling for open borders or to abolish ICE

I'm hearing all you have to do is dig a little for the centrist democratic platform.
-
Yes idiots want to abolish ice. Where do you see anything about open borders?
-
Chumming the waters. Da fuq is national @dnc doing.
Asked why Republicans, who control the House floor, will bring the bill to the floor anyway, McCarthy told reporters the goal is to "have a debate about it."
"The Democrats have a bill," he said. "This is what they communicate with." -

Shrewd political move. And it frustrates the hell out of me as Dem.GrundleStiltzkin said:Chumming the waters. Da fuq is national @dnc doing.

This GOP tactic is aimed at developing content for ads. When low conservative turnout is one of the GOP's biggest risks this fall, this move is well designed to inspire GOP voters to go to the polls.
#AbolishICE is such bad politics and policy. It's like saying the Seattle PD should have been abolished, instead of reformed, when abuses come to light. You just end up sounding crazy*.
But I will never #walkaway! The bonds with my comrades are unbreakable!!!!1!!!

holy shitIn a statement Thursday night, Pocan -- along with the bill's co-sponsors, Reps. Pramila Jayapal and Adriano Espaillat -- accused Republican leaders of launching "a political stunt" and pledged to vote against their own legislation.
"We know Speaker (Paul) Ryan is not serious about passing our 'Establishing a Humane Immigration Enforcement System Act,' so Members of Congress, advocacy groups, and impacted communities will not engage in this political stunt," they said. "If Speaker Ryan puts our bill on the floor, we plan to vote 'no' and will instead use the opportunity to force an urgently needed and long-overdue conversation on the House floor." -

Maybe you would like to talk about the bill that would abolish ICE that “No one” wants to do? I was wondering if you’re stupid or a liar, but I settled on abundance. -

Please keep talking about it. Nothing says political winner like created under Bush, after 9/11 with the Patriot Act.
-
I’m sad that after 8 years, Obama didn’t dismantle the Patriot act, but instead he doubled down on it. It should have been gone by the end 2009. That would have truely been his crowning achieved along with the congress at the time. Nothing short of tragic in my opinion.allpurpleallgold said:Please keep talking about it. But back to the original topic... “no one wants to abolish ICE”. - Hondo, 7/13/2018 -
What is your point? Fucktarded Democrats have a bill to abolish ice. That like 8 people will vote for. And Republicans want to waste their time making a political point rather than spending the time doing something actually good for the country. And you wonder why Congress approval rating is low.MikeDamone said:

They have nothing to be terrified of.
...this move tells me they actually have something on Trump. Which isn't exactly shockin. -
It's honestly incredible that the Dems keep losing so bad.
How is there not some devious old rich guy in charge of the whole thing that just says fuck you all here is a game plan on how we win.
Show a chart of what most Americans want and just support those things.
Instead it's like they all get together and come to a consensus of "okay we're gonna lose, but we're gonna lose with EMPATHY!!"
