Continued democrat lunacy and idiocy should be encouraged in order to hasten the end of that party. They will forever be stained by the Jim Crow laws they created and the KKK, which they founded. Their modern day attempts to circumvent the democratic process on social issues by ramming progressive pet projects through the courts is over. They've revealed their authoritarian tendencies in other ways, in their support of 'hate speech laws,' their attempts to make illegal laws (NJ) that allow for the seizure of firearms in contradiction to the 2nd amendment, their opposition to term limits, their race baiting on college campuses with things like 'white privilege workshops,' their allegiance with socialists and Islamic fascists like Hamas and Hezbollah. The fact that they don't give a shit about Americans and want to open the borders for political gain. It would be better for the country if they pack up their shit and just LEAVE. They're finished. The few sane democrats that are left will need to start another party imo. There is no case the current democrats can make as to why they should ever be trusted to govern again.

The GOP is the party of Lincoln!
I don't endorse the GOP either. They just happen to be on the right side of history at this point in time, so I'm lending my firepower to them. The GOP is just a tool to be used for the higher purpose of preserving the republic.

    He's right, you know.

No liberal would ever want to distance themselves from the magic of the DNC.

Sincerely, OP who voted for Trump.

    I didn’t vote for Trump.

I distanced myself from the corporate wing of the DNC. Walk away is about completely changing your political ideology because of some YouTube video claiming the media lies about Trump. Some of you need to learn the difference.

You said you were voting for Trump, what made you change your mind?

And I'm not saying you walked away, don't twist. Just saying you're an example of how the DNC can turn people off. Some get more turned off than others. See @RaceBannon for details.

This obviously happens the other way as well, I've seen plenty of conservatives swing liberal. I've swung a lot more to the center myself. I can't stomach the GOP right now and I really can't stomach the evangelical pimping of the GOP right now.

It freaks me out when @DNC posts about the DNC.

The average person doesnt want to be associated with the religious right either.

If the Dems just cooled off on the wackiness theyd be okay.

Just drop the sjw crap and (Jesus I can't believe I have to say it) defending illegal immigration.

    No one LIKES the gop.

Need a whole new influx of Dem leaders though.
    Hillary, Warren, Waters etc. Jesus.

Run a hot normal chick or something.
    Or a hot normal dude.

When you lose to Donald trump it's time to fucking reevaluate.

And Tarrifs. Tarrifs were sacred to the GOP for about the first 80 years or so.

Spell correctly, FFS. NorwegianHusky already looks down on us for our poor command of the English language.

Walkaway is a reality. It happened once before in large numbers. Not saying it will happen to the same degree again, it might, it might not, we'll see.

    @dnc

My support for Trump was based on
    1. Fuck Hillary
    2. Hillary being elected locked in 8 years of a president I didn’t want. Trump gave an out after 4 years.
    3. A lot of people I liked and respected supported Trump so I was willing to give it a chance.

    ...

Listen I’m a liberal. I’m a progressive. I know what people like me sound like. I know when it can be annoying. I know when it can turn people off. I know this because I literally turn it off and on daily. Sometimes I genuinely try and get through to @oregonblitzkrieg and other times he pisses me off and I say shit that I know will piss him off. I understand myself and my side really well. And I know what a shitty impression of me looks like. Walk away is a shitty impression.

I respect @allpurpleallgold he's an asset to whatever cause he takes up because he's an independent thinker, goes against the grain when he thinks it's right to do so, and isn't intimidated by a little hard hitting verbal jousting back and forth. He's an upper tier Tug opponent. It's good to find common ground whenever possible, and I think we have on a few issues. I think there will probably be more.

That being said, I've been researching the DSA, reading DSA philosophies and getting my reads down, so I can address and expose aspects of that movement I believe to be unconstitutional and authoritarian. Things could get ugly quickly if DSA supporters don't come prepared to defend their positions. It's just bidness to me, nothing personal. My beef is with the higher ups in the socialist movement, not with anyone here.

I'm enjoying watching the Dems shvitzing over #walkaway as much as I enjoyed their kvetching over Trump's election.
