Didn't watch the video but that transcript is pretty nondescript. She's asking people to help fight for their? kind of justice.
Murray can GFH, but not because of this.
So you’re OK with a Senator who will have a vote in the confirmation process, shouting down an unknown nominee 3 days before they even know who it is?
Got it.
That's not what she's doing in that article.
She's saying call in and let your voice be heard before there's a nominee so there's not one we? don't hate.
I disagree with like everything she stands for but that's as benign as it gets.
Da fuq she isn’t. It’s a blanket statement to resist whoever is nominated mailed in 3 days before the process. And we haven’t heard anything from her about it since.

You’re really clinging to this inconsequential take. Give it up, man.

And Tommy swoops down for the wi..., er uh a fail.

SAIEW.
The only fail is your attempt to come up with an angle by pointing out obvious things and then repeating them with more word when nobody cares.
At least you tried. That’s the type of victory you’re accustomed to.
Liberals and conservatives all get knocked up when they don't want to which is why after 40 plus years of hysteria abortion is here to stay
Agreed. Even the fundies do it.
The problem is, the fundies feel like they're cleansing themselves by keeping other people from doing it.
Normally, they're not a problem and just a circus sideshow. Still, not a problem with Trump (I'd be more concerned with Cruz, who's a true believer, which i don't think Trump really is) as long as he just continues to just use them. He can't let the fundies get too much sway. I don't think Kavanaugh from what I can tell has those leanings, so I don't care.
Extemies on the court aren't all that common anyway. You need to be a real original thinker, like Scalia and his literal literal literal interpretation routine, which ranged from brilliant to, at times, FS, the latter occurring usually when he knew the answer he wanted beforehand (like in abortion). Most of these guys are smart enough to "get it" and understand the delicate balance we live under. The POTUS gets his guy in there, but then his guy usually stops taking plays from the sidelines and folds into the work of the court. Yeah, there is a conservative and liberal side to the court, but if people would actually read the cases they'd see these guys are with and against each other all the tim. I think this guy will be another Kennedy if you axe me.

Of course it's not. But that's the proper response you missed.
