Only thing you can assume is that he learned, adapted, got better. He killed it at LSU and at Bama. MSU is a distant mammory.

That's a chinteresting question. The guy at Sparty now has been tremendous except for that random 3 win season after Narduzzi left.

LSU hadn't really been good for a long time before Saban got their and Bama hadn't won a title since 1992 before he got there.

Every situation is different for everyone. Belichik couldn't win in Cleveland.
