    They don't want US shale oil on the margin. Cheaper oil for us, but less oil jobs. Basically the same thing they did a few years ago that shut down new drilling in North Dakota.

    OPEC is phuct though because the shale guys are able to stave profitable at ever lower prices per barrel than once was possible.

    I'm fine using all their oil before dipping into our supply anyway.
