If Trump gets this passed, Democrats will only have themselves to thank for it because of Obama not having the sack to do it himself. They could have taken the lead, but instead they pussed out.

Obama was waaaay more popular than Trump especially the first year. Turns out he pretty much just wanted to stay popular and not risk much. Too bad especially if you are a progressive who wanted him to do stuff other than fuck up health care
