I am heartbroken. After his CATCH, me and my best friend bought tickets and drove to Pontiac Michigan from St Louis for the 16th Superbowl. We had the greatest weekend ever. My best friend died and the memories came flooding back when hearing this news. He was one of the greatest Niners ever. Thank you for the memories I will have forever. RIP Dwight Clark

He lived in Capitola the last several years; saw him from time to time at the supermarket. Checkout folks said he was unfailingly polite.

I didn't know too much about him aside from the highlights of his career. Sounds like he was a good dude.
