Sounds like a good idea to me but I'm sure someone can tell me why its horrible since Trump is signing it
President Trump on Wednesday is scheduled to sign the “right to try” bill.
The bill allows patients to bypass the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) when they request access to drugs the agency hasn’t yet approved.
The legislation is seen as a victory for the president, who called on lawmakers to send the measure to his desk in his State of the Union speech.
Trump is scheduled to sign the bill at 12:15 p.m.
