HBO announced that Hard Knocks will be at the Cleveland Browns camp this summer:
"Obviously we expected to be covering the debut of Jake Browning but his surprise decision to forgo the draft and his clear top pick status left us with Baker Mayfield as a consolation" said HBO President Idi Amin
Surprise Heisman Front Runner
The Downtown Athletic Club announced early odds on the trophy winner this year and in a surprise Jake Browning is the overwhelming favorite. Surprise because everyone thought he would be in the Cleveland Browns camp as the top pick. Browning chose to return to UW to "finish" some "unfinished business".
The DAC has already engraved the JA on the trophy.
Midway through the opener against Auburn:
"Well its been a tough day for the Huskies but don't blame Heisman hopeful Jake Browning for the 38-3 deficit. Jake has given it his all but his team has really let him down. The 6 interceptions look bad but a close look shows that you can't blame Jake for any of them. Ever. This is why Jake turned down being the top pick of the draft so you know it has to hurt a bit to be surrounded by such little talent. Hopefully the Huskies can bounce back against a rugged USS Lincoln squad in the home opener at Denny Field."
