People forget that the Pac 10 in the 80's was the SEC today -
UCLA 1988 for one example - Troy Aikman and a great team who won a tuff one at Husky Stadium to stay unbeaten but then lost to WSU at home. And it was no fluke. That was a GOOD WSU team. The Pac 10 was a gauntlet and unlike the SEC you had to play almost everyone every yearYellowSnow said:
