“Federal data released Friday may 4th, 2018 show that California’s gdp rose by $128 billion in 2017 compared to 2016.” The golden state now registers as the 5th largest economy in the world.

    Of course. The reality is everyone is doing well. Hopefully trump’s tariffs don’t fuck it up. The corporate tax cuts have been huge. The tariffs have the potential to reverse that.

    The state may actually go bankrupt and fail miserably. That’s independent of people as individuals and collectively as corporations doing well.
