This list sucks. The only reason Justin Herbert isn't the #1 pick in the 2019 draft is because the nfl is going to abolish their 3 year rule to cash in on JT Daniels asap.

It means it would be a real shame for him to leave Washington but as we only want the best success for him it probably makes sense to stop playing now to prepare for his pro career. He has to look out for himself first.
