Assuming he discreetly continues the coffee cup tradition there, it should remain a decent UW recruiting pipeline.

I do question the wisdom of hiring a 25 year old kid as a HC at a program like Bellevue. Hasty was apparently the runner up, so there might be some hard feelings there as well.
