You're wrong (Armitage was the leaker, not Scooter Libby), but it doesn't matter because he's accused of the same crimes.

Even though it was proven he didn't actually do one of them (leak...which Comey admitted to doing) and the main witness of the other recanted and from that the bar reinstated Libby because they found credible evidence he was railroaded by a special prosecutor (not a good parallel with Comey).
