Why do you think something that someone paid for out of their paycheck by force for programs such as social security and Medicare are socialism. I don't agree with these programs. We can agree that there are too many lazy people living off the government. That being said, it's still not socialism. And Paul Ryan just said yesterday that entitlements, mostly social security and Medicare, are the cause of the increased deficit. His words, not mine. -
It is socialism they just haven't seized all the means of production yet. They did grab GM though. Maybe you can point out where in the constitution the government has authority to seize a private company and appoint it's own CEO with taxpayer dollars?2001400ex said:
