I'm seeing a pretty fucking good team who I predict will win the National Title for the third straight year. Utah beat Alabama a long time ago. They would get destroyed if they play now. Utah would struggle to get a first down.

Honestly, who was better than Alabama the past few years? Seven in a row is a lot and bound to end, but they are the best. They have more NFL players than any other conference, proof of the talent in the league.

I have a serious issue with people making an idiotic, hyperbolic predictions like, " 7 SEC teams could beat Ohio State!" and "Georgia and South Carolina are both in the national championship hunt, even if they lose!!!" I don't think anyone would say that the SEC continues to win every year, but their best teams always have elite defenses and linemen. Always. A playoff format doesn't change that. There is a reason why nobody has ever beaten an SEC team in the championship game.
