After the UW signed Colson Yankoff and Jacob Sirmon in this recruiting class, it is likely Petersen will grab only one quarterback recruit next year.
That quarterback appears to be Morris, who committed to the Huskies last July.
“I felt like they didn’t really give me a chance,” Millen said.
Northwestern wasted no time moving in on Millen. Offensive coordinator Mick McCall flew out to Washington a few weeks after the season ended to watch the Mount Si standout throw a few times.
In early December, the Wildcats offered — and Millen accepted.
“It is big-time football,” Millen said. “I could not be happier with my decision.”

But how will those field-weaving, breaking-through-every-defender plays translate to the college level? “I’m sure people said the same thing about Reggie Bush,” Garfield coach Joey Thomas said. “When you’re explosive and elusive, those things always translate. Now, how will he be used at the next level, because that will dictate how successful he is.”
What an FBS recruiter says: “I have not seen anybody with a burst like his in a while. He will play offense. When I watch his defensive tape, he just doesn’t play as natural at defensive back. But with the ball in his hands, he is one of the best players on the West Coast.”
Interesting comments re Harrison. Arrogant, defensive, convenient. Applied to our? interests, I hear "He's not going to UW because they didn't want him to be successful"
I read the rumors that he's being dropped here and there, speculation that he'll be a bust, washout, etc. I'm just disappointed whatever happens won't be at UW. Jonathan Stewart still stings, but then I'm that butt-hurt type.

Sources from other schools neg Sirmon. And TJ quotes from the UW source negging the only white recruits UW didn't go hard on.
