The 'shutdown' only affects funds that haven't been previously appropriated.

This. During this last rounds when I was still on the melting brown people side we didn't work but got paid for it when it was over. The next time we were exempt. Now that I push papers we won't work but will get paid for it.PurpleThrobber said:
