Need him. Can't win a national championship with no big back on the roster.

Of the things possibly between us and a natty this is like number nine on the list at the highest.
It's higher than that. Need a back that can break tackles, pound it between the tackles in short yardage and goal line situations, and stand on his feet and stone a blitzing LB in pass pro. You have to have a guy that can do that shit. You can't line up against Auburn on the 3 yard line and be afraid to pound the ball in there for the TD.

We weren't afraid to pound in there because of our RB's.

Dude, the OL needs to create a hole for an RB to hit. The execution that was lacking on Saturday

I think they were capable of creating a hole. Then it's just a matter of do you have a running back that can run through one of Auburn's LBs and get in the end zone. I don't think we have that guy right now.

I agree with you the fact that we don’t have a big back ... Gaskin’s quite proficient in general in short yardage situations so whatever there

    It’s a nice to have ... it’s not a must have

Your blocking comment may have some weight behind it

You can’t run an option with a pussy QB who doesn’t have his reads down but we did anyway. The Seahawks had Marshawn Lynch and decided to throw a slant. Stupid is is as stupid does.
