Your best friend is in a medical emergency. He needs to release his fluids to prevent a serious condition from slowly killing him. He is immobile after an accident nearby and calls to you for help. There is not enough time for an ambulance to arrive, his personal schedule had him due for a deed hours ago and he put it off to take care of something knowing full well that he had limited time.
