As gimmicky as his defense is, it'll probably work fine when you have guys who are faster than Mata'afa while being 60lbs heavier. OSU always has 4-5 5-stars on the D-line.

He let any team that ran option run free, and couldn’t figure out play action once committed to stoping the run. The Hot Boiz were his pet projected. I think he was a good coach but he had his issues.

Any coach is going to have issues if they’re forced to play the dipshits that get recruited to Pullman.
