My new year's doogin resolution is to recognize UW's NCs in 1960, 1984, and 1990

Who wants to pool together to get some shirts made?

I don't agree with 1990, otherwise this sounds legit.

Came for the Sven flag. Left satisfied.
-
Good to see the Seattle Times was giving out natties from 1997 to 2006
-
Nothing changed with me. I've always claimed 1960 and 1984.
-
Yeah, that one is the hardest to argue for, yet the NCAA still shows it in their PDF of football records.Swaye said:I don't agree with 1990, otherwise this sounds legit.
It could have an asterisk next to it on the shirts. -
Awesome, Cal gets 1923 and 1937, then, for a total of five NCs
-
Those are IRA titles right?BearsWiin said:Awesome, Cal gets 1923 and 1937, then, for a total of five NCs

Winning GOLD medals before THE RISE and after THE FALL of the THIRD REICH is always (or nothing) special. Plus one of those (1932) was along Long Beach Oil Field so basically like a home race.BearsWiin said:

We had an annual summer picnic at the Ebright home on Lake Sammamish. I met Ky. He was old
-
That is a way kewl story Uncle Race and I won't tarnish it with old guy jokes. Ky was born in 1894 so he would have been early 80's mostly likely.RaceBannon said:We had an annual summer picnic at the Ebright home on Lake Sammamish. I met Ky. He was old

The thing about '90 - even though I don't love this logic, but it's what we're stuck with - is that if there were a playoff that year, we'd have had a real shot. Us, CU, Tech and Miami. We would've done damage in a playoff.uzi said:
