What is the feeling on the staff that Chip's putting together?
The narrative in the past has been that it's difficult to get high quality assistants to UCLA because it's expensive AF to live anywhere near Westwood and they don't want to have to drive two hours to work.
Or have assistant salaries gone up enough in recent years to offset that issue?
