I wonder how Nate feels about this. Hope he isn't upset. He was arguably more instrumental than anyone in the rise of UW bball in 2003-2005

Lotsa fluffin of maybe the 4th best player you've had in the last 15 years.

This is a really good point. There's a real argument that Nate was more important than IT. IT didn't completely separate himself from Nate until his NBA career.Gladstone said:I wonder how Nate feels about this. Hope he isn't upset. He's averaged over 20 ppg with 6 assists three times in his career.salemcoog said:

He's had one great year and at minimum two good years.
He's been a far superior NBA player to Nate. -
Except for the fact that the team that He left is twice as good without him.... sure.gifdnc said:

He's been a far superior NBA player to Nate.
Kyrie (top 5 PG, maybe top 3)
Tatum (playing out of his mind as a rookie)
Brown (Looking like an amazing pick)
Horford (One of, if not the most underrated players in the NBA)
Marcus Smart (4th year, 6th overall pick who showed steady improvements in years 1-3)
Terry Rozier (16th overall pick, in his 3rd year, making a big leap)
etc etc etc.
They have 4 holdovers from last season- Smart, Brown, Horford, and Rozier. How they are playing now doesn't have much relation with how good IT was last year.
