he is, and I have no idea why, never once have I felt the offense was good because of him, same with min.
He has lived off talent his whole career, whether it was peterson favre and harvin in minn. Or Lynch, and Wilson in seattle

I don't watch a lot of the NFL, and living in Texas I don't get to see the Seachickens much. However, in what I have seen it appears the offense lives on the big play. Just seems like semi-controlled chaos. Am I wrong?

Well if you have a helmet to helmet collision and you lead with the helmet it is a penalty. Thomas smashed Glennon in the head, the tampa sideline was screaming for the call.
