Herm is going to be clueless when the reality of recruiting hits and recruits start expecting to get texts and messages from him regularly...he probably thinks he just has to call them up once and they will be good since he use to be on ESPN and coach in the NFL.

And it sounds more like the AD wants to be the "coach"...he already hired most of the assistants and now brought a "name" to be the frontman. Man this is going to be a shitshow.
