Why talent matters in a Pod and/or Message Bored

TSIO is itself a metaphor for why talent matters. Think about it this way: the collective IQ of Dennis, Coke, Alan Parsons, Keith Emerson, Teq, etc is probably 20- 30 pts higher that I don't know, say, Softy, Dick Baird, and Hugh. So even when they are drunk and dicking around, these guys can offer a level of psychological analysis and humor that the average ex football player/coach or run-of-the-mill sports ball dork cannot touch. It's as simple as that and why I've listened to every pod since 2015. Thank you for your service, even when the season is fucking over.
