"Will Latu - The 2021 LB prospect might not do it before the start of his junior season, but most of the people I've talked with believe that Latu will make his decision before the end of the year and that Washington is the heavy favorite."

It would be amazing to have this kid locked up a year in advance, along with Huard and JTT. Those 3 in the boat would make it really easy for Emeka, Julien, and Junior to jump in. Next thing you now Owen is offered and he jumps in. Half the class is locked up by this time next year and it's all Elite kids from Washington.

Owen Prentice started getting UW crystal balls even though he doesn't have an offer yet and immediately dropped 150 spots in the rankings.
That's because Rivals and ESPN suck assholes.

He dropped 3 spots in 247.

Yeah I'm sure it was ESPN. They're still mad about cupcake-gate.

ESPN would rather promote the conferences that they have networking contracts with instead of the Pac-12 who said, "No thanks, we got this" and took the conference into an immediate nose-dive that we will never recover from.

Where was this urgency to lock people up when we were recruiting Savell?

Also why would someone have as dope of a name as Lonyatta just for people like Eklund to call him JR? Nowhere on any of Lonyattaโ€™s pages do you see him go by Junior but thatโ€™s not gonna stop Good Ol Boy Scott from calling him the same name his Dad does. Man thatโ€™s feels comfortable.

(Lol also at JTT sweetening things for Lonyatta to sign, pretty sure the guy who plays with SAM everyday will do anything in his power to continue to play with Sam)

Way to go out on a limb Scott. Considering this kid has been begging UW for an offer on Twitter, where did you get the intel he was a heavy UW lean?
    $10.95 please ;)

We should almost grade Will as a 2020 kid because Iโ€™m going to be pisses if we donโ€™t close this kid by THIS early signing period let alone Februaryโ€™s signing day.

If youโ€™re going to turn around your whole life to the point where heโ€™s quiet at 7ons doesnโ€™t show boat and clout chase like a lot of other FSP kids AND do a 180 on your grades that your older brother didnโ€™t do JUST FOR AN OFFER, that kid should be closed after one unofficial to Oregon and USC. Look at the 5 stars Clemson is getting in the bag EARLY, get this kid ASAP and I guarantee it helps with Savells perception of the programโ€™s direction and culture.

Why would it take Latu committing to help Savell's perception of the program? Wouldn't that goal already be achieved by the offer and continued interest? Past that, it's out of UW's hands.

Let's goooo! I love the 2021 in-state class! So much love for UW! This is how it's supposed to be with the top in-state kids jumping in the boat early and leading the peer-recruiting charge. Their urge to be a DAWG should be greater than their urge to get their asses kissed by other coaching staffs for a year. Come home Will!

We should have Huard, Latu and JTT in the boat before the 2019 season even starts. That's an amazing in state class already committed and you still have Egbuka, Prentice, Simon, Lonyatta to reel in (and I feel like somebody else I'm forgetting). Amazing class.
