The thing about Mora is he comes off as genuine when he talks. Sark seems to always be trying to think of what he's supposed to say and it often seems like he's reading off of a cue-card. Willingham came off like he didn't really care or want to be there. With Mora, you can tell that he's genuinely pissed.

Sark was crowing about changing the culture during his year 5 fifteen minutes of fame following the magical 4-0 start. Sark would never put the pressure on himself that Mora does by saying we need to change NOW
I thought it was a process -

Caring about pressers at all is doogish. I don't give a fuck what Sark says until he loses, and I don't give a fuck about what Mora says until he wins. Some of the best coaches have terrible pressers, and some of the best coaches have great pressers. It's all talk until you see it on the field.

If you're talking about it being a process in year 5 you're not a leader. Mora is a leader. It matters. Its not a great or terrible presser. Its the message conveyedRoadDawg55 said:Caring about pressers at all is doogish. I don't give a fuck what Sark says until he loses, and I don't give a fuck about what Mora says until he wins.
