Stop and think. Remember where we were back in 2013. Or before that. Mired in a dark mediocrity with a self-hating, doog fanbase. Perpetual losses to any team with a pulse. Fratboy coaching staff. Whack-a-mole issues with the team. Sizzle. Towel waving. Injuries. Dearth of depth. We were a clandestine, fringe movement clinging to old, winning ways. Many, many people told us to stop living in the past. That to speak of being elite again was to court inevitable disappointment.

May Haden forever bless Petersen. Cherish this! These runs don't usually last very long and the next winter might be even longer.
