lol you're acting like they're unstoppable on the run. If even one play in a four down set goes backwards to no gain you're at a major disadvantage with either backup QB.

WSU will dare Oregon to throw until one of the QBs proves he can. With how everything is lined up, why wouldn't they stack the box and go man. Freshmen all around. If Oregons freshman are ready to go, then they probably have a good chance, but someone is gonna have to throw the ball. On top of that, running option with your freshman QB is hairy because if he goes down, Roise Freemun is the new QB. Oregon is definitely capable of hitting big plays at any time though.

And Leavitt will try to play the same way he did last year in Boulder. Sit 7-8 guys out in zone and clog lanes, expect to see more runs from WSU.

It'll be closer then most coug fans expect. WSU won't be sharp I'm betting. I think 27-33.

In the era of finesse football this will be one of the easiest games to bet. Oregon will use seven blockers and smash the ball into an undersized defense. The Ducks probably have the best pass rush in the conference with just their line outside of maybe USC who hammered Faulk all night.

It will be close at the half, no lead bigger than 10 either way. By the middle of the 3rd Wazzu's D will be worn out. It will get ugly in the 4th.

If the Ducks would have played like this against ASU they would have won by 24. Taggart and the boys don't get to play the way they want to anymore which plays into the strength of the people they have.

Oregon has the best pass rush in the conference? Jesus Christ you and obk should get a room
shockingly, Oregon leads the league in sacks right now

Why are you assuming they will play that way against WSU?

They don't have a choice. They will have a true freshman QB and freshman WR's. At most Burmeister will have 18 throws in 75+ snaps.
Taylor Alie is starting, but still......!!!!!

This line makes absolutely no sense to me. I had it at about Oregon -4.5 with Herbert.

Usually when I see a line like this (where the line is begging you to put the mortgage on one side) not involving Oregon, I've learned to stay away. If something looks too good to be true, it usually is. Is the Oregon money just coming in on a letdown spot for the Cougs?

    Shit is too funny

Hi, this is how coaching works; if you're going to go through some bumps you don't do it with a senior.

Alie only played against Cal because the status of Herbie wasn't known and there were plans to redshirt Burmeister.

You also don't just tell a young kid he's the guy on Monday, you make him practice his ass off all week first.
