    Harbaugh took Furd to a BCS bowl game. Agreed it's a big hill to climb at UCLA to change that culture, but a good coach gets it done there.

    Put a top 10 coach at UCLA and they're competing for conference championships.

    Uh, no. Ucla will never be a powerhouse. They have no fans, no money, no facilities. Plenty of "decent" coaches have failed there, and a great coach would never take the job.
