I remember Portland being hotter than Death Valley all the time in my 23 years spent in Oregon.

The temperature shift has been very measurable over the past 25 years. It could be caused by man, it could be caused by nature.

In Salem, our daily average temp was below normal for the Fall, Winter and Spring Seasons. It was about normal this Summer until this week.

Where I am, we're having an unusually cool summer. I think only three or so days above 90F. So yeah, variability in climate, etc. etc. etc.
