    I think the relative accomplishments are very similar.

    Tui won his bowl game, and I think that UW team finished ranked #3?

    That UW team also beat 3 other teams that were in BCS bowls (Miami, OSU, and Purdue), and two of those teams (OSU, Miami) won their BCS bowls, as did UW. I think only 1 other team can make that claim from the BCS era.

    I'd say Browning did face a much tougher team in his bowl game though.

    Yes, I'd say Browning was a piece and that his team had better skill position players.

    I want to say that Tui played behind a better OL, though my memory is getting old. That option that he ran with Connif was cool as hell.

    Oh yeah, and Tui beat Smiff. That has to count for something.
