There are 10 families counting on the state funded payroll.
They need that collective 5 million dollars to shower, eat, survive.
And UW needs the money from the fans that buy the jerseys, pay for the seats, subscribe to cable.
The state needs the money from the hotel tax, car rental tax, and meal taxes.
Therefore, we should not expect more. We should really just enjoy the game. Would be even better if we quit keeping score. Just have the kids come out, enjoy a spirited game of football, then shake hands and everyone go home.
Seattle could have the annual ribbon ceremony, where all the coaches show up and everyone of them gets a ribbon for participating.
DICK Baird could be the master of ceremony.
