Whittingham is a good coach. He takes a lot of 2* recruits and turns them into NFL players. He'd have a lot more success at a school like Florida or Texas.
Good coaches don't shit away games after they do such player development.
He doesn't just shit games away, he straight up gets beat by shitty teams from beginning to end.
honestly, if utah had a decent QB they might have won the division
They've had something like 7 OCs in 7 years. Whittingham for all his defensive and ST strengths seems like a bit of a psycho to work with. OCs flee in droves. Something is obviously very very wrong.
AND there is strife between Witt and the AD as well. He was almost pushed out last year but the Utes decided that winning was more important. I would expect him to move on as soon as he gets a decent offer.

Pull your head out of your ass, your link does not support your claim, plus, this was over three years ago, actually 4 because Sitake was not given a multi year contract for 2014. The fact that we went 3-6 in 2012 and 2-7 in 2013 had everything to do with it. No AD in their right mind would reward a head coach with the ability to offer multi year contracts to coordinators after those results.
You said "almost pushed out last year" and throw some bullshit link from the first week of 2015? Notice Whitt didn't leave and notice Whitt has had the ability to give multi-year contracts to coordinators for the last three years.
“As the athletics director, it is my job to meet with our head coaches to address aspects of their programs that can be improved. Coach Whittingham and I met twice in person this week for this reason. I want to reassure our fans and recruits that Kyle Whittingham is our head coach and any rumors to the contrary have no validity. As for Kalani Sitake, I am sorry we could not retain him as our defensive coordinator. Prior to the bowl game I offered him a three-year contract worth $750,000 a year plus bonuses that brought it to $800,000. Thank you for your interest and passion for Utah football. Sincerely, Chris Hill.”
