I heard a story about Sue Bird losing 11-4 to a high school junior. The kid was a pretty good player, but still.

The biggest difference between women/men is height/weight

In the Sue Bird example, probably looking at her having to guard someone 4-6 inches taller ... that's a massive difference

But if you put Kelsey Plum against your run of the mill 5'9" to 6'0" recreational basketball player that their highest experience was playing in HS ... she would have no problem scoring on him. The issue would be defensively and 1 on 1 strength ...
