If his mom wanted him (and was fit to raise him) he would have lived with her, there's no way the courts would have awarded him to the step dad over the biological mom under normal circumstances.

Wow... I just did some legit FB stalking, apparently that is his sister. Something like that movie "Twins" must have happened like with the Schwarzenegger and Devito differences, but someone got the good abs in this scenario.
