If Penn State throws a TD in the last minute against Pitt instead of an INT in the end zone, we're? Door. Ass. Out. of the playoff and you're bitching about how much they matter.
I only care about them for entertainment purposes. Nobody wants to watch UW play shit teams.
That said, strength of schedule is very, very overrated. It's not anywhere close to as important as the pundits pretend it is. We could have played a top tier team in non conference and if we lost, we wouldn't have made the playoff.
We played Alabama last year. Is that tuff enough for you?
They have lost every game since then. So no.
What we really need to do is get rid of WSU, ASU, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona from the conference.
OSU can stay because they have a good coach and UCLA can stay because Ballsacked makes a new handle on here every time they lose. Those other schools are complete dreck and are softening up the conference, both athletically and academically.

Luckily McSorely gonna McSorely.
And if NC State kicks a fucking 5 yard field goal, we're playing Ohio State in the first round instead of Bama.

Rutgers probably doesn't have more than a couple guys that would be in our two deeps.
UW vs Auburn or Wisconsin would be super cool...or West Virginia....or Miami....or any number of schools
Yeah I know, got into the 4 team playoff with a patsy out of conference schedule, which isn't motivation to change
