Comey said the FBI was investigating the "nature" of all links between the Trump campaign and Russia. He didn't say "possible" or "alleged" links. He could have and would have if that was what he meant. But he didn't. He said "links." There is no question as to whether the links exist; the questions concern instead the nature of those links. Unless you're hopelessly naive, you would also understand that Comey structured his statement in this manner to purposefully condemn Trump. Sorry dude, you've already lost round one.
