Trade Sherman?

I'm not as convinced about that as you. Sherman would still be good, but I bet he would slip on any other team.dnc said:
He'd be valuable in any system. It's unlikely he'd be $11 million per year PLUS what it would take to get Seattle to part with him valuable in any system.CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:
If Seattle trades him it's because some other GM/Coach combo is stupid enough to think he'd be as valuable in their system. -
Not worth it unless it's a stupid team like the Browns who will give up a ton of talent (if they have it) and/or draft picks. The Hawks have a couple of more years with this core. The time is now.

Trade him. Recapture the salary move ahead.
Franchise > player -
You gave me a wtf when I would have traded him for a Marcus peters pick 2 years ago. Now you and I both would trade him straight updnc said:Not going to happen. He's more valuable to Seattle than he would be anywhere else. Nobody else has the defense taylor made to his skills + the culture to handle his personality.
He may not retire in Seattle, but they're not going to get an offer big enough to make it worthwhile to move him on this contract. -
I love Peters but he doesn't have the discipline to play in Seattle's system. He wouldn't be a good fit here, at all.NeGgaPlEaSe said:

I wouldn't trade Sherman for him for Seattle. If I'm KC I wouldn't trade Peters for Sherman. Both players are more valuable where they are. -

Disagree. -
Everyone has a system that best fits their skill set, that isn't the same thing as being a system guy. SOYNTLTDsalemcoog said:

Flagged for insulting our cover and savior Marcus Peters. The Hawks would piss all themselves for Peters.dnc said:

Water covers 70% of the Earth, Marcus Peters covers the rest. -
Belichick would have traded him last year before he was burnt toast in the big game.RaceBannon said:Bellicheck would. The old trade a year early is better than a year late.
