In truth, this is so bad it's likely designed to fail. It has no chance of passing the Senate so it gives the GOP a scapegoat for not being able to come up with a decent plan. "We wanted to fix health care but couldn't because of the democrats".

this is a nothing plan. it just borrows a couple of the good things that Obamacare did and then go backs to the system of 20 million more uninsured and 45,000 dying every year from lack of healthcare.

Right. If Democrats and Republicans would have worked together the last 6 years to better the bill, things would be much better right now. They could have solved the state line deal as a few other things years ago.
