Interesting blurb from the Idaho Statesmen (tIS is my source?!?)
Huff is a former Boise State center (1998-2002) and has coached offensive line, tight ends and special teams since being hired by Petersen as an assistant in 2006. He is regarded as a strong recruiter, playing the primary role in holding onto junior college tackle Isiah Moore, who had offers from UCLA and West Virginia after he had committed to Boise State.
He'd fit right in in my high school in the 90's with that oversized button up. Looks like he has gang sign potential, should be able to throw up some dubs with a little work. This could be interesting..
Interesting that he was co-OC at Boise, most Boise reports list that rather than OL coach. Guess he made in the mid 200 thousands. Strausser made 440,000. Boise peeps think it would have taken a big raise to get him to leave.
They also seem to think he "chose" to stay at Boise in 2014 when Pete came over. So probably some homerism going on.

If I remember correctly, Petersen wanted to bring him over as our TE coach (he was TE coach at the time at Boise). After he said no that's when it came down to Paopao or Tui for that position.
